Errors
Errors come back with status 200, so check the headers or the body, not the status.
Refused requests
The request couldn't be matched to an active account. thumbs.php returns a "Thumbnail not available" GIF of the requested size, with X-PP-Error: True. thumbs_ready.php returns {"IsReady":0,"Error":1,"ErrorMessage":"..."}.

| Unknown code | The code doesn't belong to any account. |
| No code and no referer | The request has no code. On a server call, add it. |
| Unknown referer domain | The request has no code, and the domain in its Referer header isn't in any account. |
| Domain not verified | The account or domain hasn't been verified yet. |
| Account inactive | The account isn't active. |
Pages that could not be captured
The page didn't load, its name didn't resolve, or its robots.txt refuses the robot. thumbs.php returns a transparent image with X-PP-Error: True, and thumbs_ready.php returns {"IsReady":0,"Error":1}.
The URL stays marked as failed for up to about a day. On Premium, refresh=1 tries it again.
